Dit hoeft niet altijd een probleem te zijn maar in sommige gevallen betekent dit jarenlange ellende en forse kosten. Wij constateren regelmatig in onze dagelijkse praktijk dat niet altijd even goed gebruik gemaakt wordt van de ruimte bij het bevoegd gezag of van de mogelijkheden die de regelgeving biedt om bodemonderzoek of bodemverontreiniging pragmatisch en kosteneffectief af te handelen.
