CHOCOLATE LIME CHEESECAKE. BREAKFAST BARS. Fudgy Vanilla Brownie. At first glance, this fudgy vanilla brownie doesn’t look so appetizing in the large pan it’s baked in.

Fudgy Vanilla Brownie

It’s actually called a white texas sheet cake, but I decided “cake” just doesn’t do this treat justice. Maybe it’s because I’m more of a brownie girl, but it tastes more like a brownie to me–a fudgy brownie. There are 3 reasons I would normally pass on this dessert at first site: I’m not a big fan of cake in generalI don’t care for plain vanilla stuffThere are no nuts or chips or chunks in this–boring!

So. In case you might have thought like me that it was a boring dessert, let me stop you there–this treat is far from ordinary. So instead of “cake” I’m renaming my recipe because it’s more like a vanilla brownie. Story time! My friend Michelle has had the recipe for several years, and it calls for water to mix with the butter on the stove top, but my fabulous culinary friend, Juliet decided to use heavy whipping cream instead of water to give it an extra boost of yumminess!

Ingredients. Cinnamon Roll Cake Recipe. This next recipe is a new favorite.

Cinnamon Roll Cake Recipe

I would be lying if I said I was an expert at Cinnamon Roll Making… that’s my mom’s job, and she’s just so stinking good at it, that most of us in the family leave that recipe to her. Although, I haven’t been brave enough to try Cinnamon Rolls all on my own, I was able to make a Cinnamon Roll Cake Recipe that was a HUGE hit! It’s perfect for a breakfast dish or for dessert. It was suuuuper easy to make and can be done by anyone.

I recommend serving this yummy treat when it’s warm because it just melts in your mouth and tastes just like regular Cinnamon Rolls! Here is how you can make it too: Cinnamon Roll Cake Recipe Ingredients 3 cups flour ½ tsp. salt 1 cup sugar 4 tsp. baking powder 1½ cup milk 2 eggs 2 tsp. vanilla ½ cup butter melted ¾ cup butter softened 1 cup brown sugar 2 TB flour 1 TB cinnamon Instructions Mix flour, salt, sugar, baking powder, milk, eggs and vanilla together. {Cake batter} {Topping batter dropped over cake} Yummy looking, right?! Yogurt Cheese Tart with Fresh Berries. Summer has arrived!!!

Yogurt Cheese Tart with Fresh Berries

Backyard barbeques, dinners alfresco, showers and parties… All of which require… the perfect summer dessert. And I have the perfect summer dessert for you – a creamy, luscious Yogurt Cheese Tart with Fresh Berries. A fancy tart is “the perfect summer dessert??” R-i-i-i-g-h-t. Seriously though, I think it’s the perfect summer dessert – it’s got a “no roll” crust and a filling that has only 5 ingredients which you probably already have in your fridge! “It’s “all good” as they say. But if you’re lactose intolerant you’re probably thinking “but not “good” for me. But I have news for you… in fact it’s great news- you probably can enjoy this tart even if you are lactose intolerant And yes, it includes “dairy”. And no, I have not lost my mind. As I talked about in my Roasted Strawberry Sherbet post, there is a lot of confusion about lactose intolerance – and one of the “biggies” is that people who are lactose intolerant can’t have dairy.

Let me say that again. Ingredients.

Jeśli jednak chcecie przygotować go w wersji dla dorosłych, możecie do kremowej masy dodać cztery, pięć łyżek likieru amaretto.
