The survey, carried out by 24/7 Wall St and Harris Interactive, asked more than 2,000 online American adults about their news consumption habits. Two thirds (67 per cent) said they prefer to get their news from traditional platforms, such as television, newspapers and other print publications. However more than half of those questioned said they felt traditional media will "no longer exist" in 10 years, as we know it today.
