How I make dirt cheap custom pouches. There are some folks here that I fooled into believing that I may actually know what I'm doing when it comes to leather working. I was asked to help someone make holsters for a couple pieces of equipment. problem was being a complete beginner, they needed a project that a beginner could do (inexpensive doesn't hurt either )and still look good. this is how my uncle did it ,I added a little to it , and now I'm sharing it with you. this technique requires no measuring and no hardware (Snaps, buttons, etc.) although you certainly could add them if you wanted.
