Boley is being kicked out of the United States after an immigration judge ruled the Clarkson, New York, resident should be deported for violating a federal law banning the use of child soldiers. Boley formed the Liberia Peace Council (LPC) in 1991. The group was linked to massacres and other atrocities, including burning dozens of women to death for witchcraft in 1994. Witnesses appearing before Liberia’s Truth and Reconciliation Commission testified that the LRC also raped and murdered 27 women in one village.
