La météo may be saying something different, but as of yesterday it is officially Springtime in Paris . Before you know it the scarves will come off, the oversized “Breakfast at Tiffany’s” shades will come out, and the terraces will once again be buzzing with the hub-bub of Paris that we’ve all missed so much these past months. As in most parts of the world, the arrival of Spring in France also sees the kick-off of wedding season.
