Find out more The mandate of the Agrifood Technology Station (ATS) is to assist small and medium enterprises primarily, but also all other appropriate companies as a secondary goal, to improve their use of technology, implied improvement of efficiencies and also concomitant improved ability to employ more staff and empower such persons in terms of the field of technology in which it operates. ATS offers a wide range of services that can assist food and related companies in developing, enhancing and maintaining safe, efficient and cost-effective food production and processing. The University has a host of highly qualified and experienced staff, including scientists, technologists and technical assistants to assist with delivering this service to companies.
