You simply must have know that I would move onwards and up from my basic How To Make Hot Chocolate Mix and start concocting all sorts of devilish, delightful hot chocolates with it, yes? You also know that I love mint and chocolate (like my Brown Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies) and to be honest, we have a hard time finding mint hot chocolate here in Canada and to add to that difficulty, mint hot chocolate without hydrogenated oil in it. Yes, you can buy After Eight hot chocolate but I don’t like the ingredients and it also doesn’t come by itself, you have to purchase a whole box of other kinds as well. You can at Bulk Barn buy small individual packages of Mint Hot chocolate, but still I wanted better ingredients in mine. I have been drinking this since I first made my own hot chocolate because as soon as I successfully made one batch I instantly turned to making mint hot chocolate. Thanks for stopping in!
