It has been created by the co-inventor of the Furby, Caleb Chung. The hi-tech toy is a hot favorite to be the biggest toy sensation of 2007. In just three hours this one-week old "camarasaurus" cub moves through three different stages, becoming a juvenile and then an adolescent. Its selling point is that the way it grows is dependent on its surroundings, and its owner's treatment. "You can treat it badly and it will become quite cantankerous, angry and frustrated," said a Ugobe spokesman. The robot creature has 2000 working parts and is covered by 35 sensors, that respond to changes in light and sound.
