Face aux sénateurs, dans un discours émouvant parcouru de quelques blagues, il explique: «Je suis venu ici aujourd'hui pour plusieurs raisons. D'abord, je suis un très grand fan de House of Cards. Seth Rogen explique les enjeux humains et financiers de la maladie et milite pour une meilleure prise en compte de cette condition souvent assortie, dit-il, d'une stigmatisation et d'une honte qui empêchent les gens de se faire porte-parole de cette cause importante. 5,2 millions de personnes sont atteintes d'Alzheimer dans le pays; 35,6 millions de personnes sont diagnostiquées dans le monde.
