So, after recovering from the pleasurebomb that was SXSW 2k10, I’m finally able to recap the rest of the week. Tonight, I’ll post my thoughts on Thursday and Friday. Tomorrow, I will summarize Saturday’s festivities and highlight a few of the events I attended on Sunday.
I just saw that movie too. I had some trouble with the ending, but loved the performances and the relationships between the characters. Endtroducing..... is the debut studio album by American hip hop artist DJ Shadow . It was released on November 19, 1996 by Mo' Wax Records . The album was conceived as an effort by Shadow to make an album completely based around sampling . [ 1 ] It is structured almost entirely out of sampled elements from genres ranging from hip hop , jazz , funk , psychedelia , heavy metal , as well as samples from films and interviews. Soundtrack to the Struggle is the second studio album by rapper Lowkey , which was released digitally on 16 October 2011 inpendently on the Lowkey-founded label Mesopotamia Music. It is the follow-up to his 2008 album Dear Listener . Four singles have been released in preparation of the album from 2009 to 2010. Production for the album took place during 2009 to 2011 and was handled by Red Skull, Big G, Nutty P , K-Salaam , Last Resort – among others.
