Since January 1, 1999, Jeff Harris has documented his life day-by-day, photo-by-photo—and he hasn't let a debilitating bout with cancer stop the slideshow. It all began as a way of counting down to a new millennium. Starting on Jan. 1, 1999, as a sort of Y2K project, Toronto photographer Jeff Harris thought it would be interesting to take a snap of himself, or his surroundings, every day for an entire year. “My grandmother was born in 1900,” says Harris.
