On it, the boy targeted 10 classmates. He’s now expelled and in custody at the Remann Hall Juvenile Detention Center in Tacoma. Police and School officials aren’t saying much, but parents believe the boy was being bullied. They say thankfully, another student found his list and told somebody. Parents were alerted of the threat and the school’s swift action on a recording that went out Friday night. It informed them of the incident and that all 10 parents of the children listed were notified. “It helped ease the fear a little bit,” said Crystal Nykreim, a parent whose son attends the school. Nykreim says it also assured parents all kids were safe. “It’s scary but I think they covered it really well,” she said. The principal asked parents to not allow their kids to engage in social media.

Five teens arrested for Halloween robberies in Tacoma. TACOMA - Five teens earned a trip to Remann Hall Juvenile Detention Center Halloween night following a robbery spree in Tacoma, police said.
The teens, between ages 13 to 17, wore blue bandanas over their faces and one was armed with a handgun as they committed six separate robberies between 8 p.m. and 9:30 p.m. Wednesday night, according to officers. The group confronted several children and adults taking their backpacks, cell phones and other assorted items. The last incident was reported in the area of South 15th Street and South Ridgewood Avenue.
Police were already in the area responding to the previous robbery calls and acted quickly to search the surrounding area for the group. Officers found the teens in a car at South Sprague Street and South 15th Street.
