In summer 2013, Ecotopia Biketour cycled from Berlin to Romania exploring the theme Beyond Borders… In 2013, the tour cycled 3500km from Berlin to Romania, exploring the themes political & conceptual borders; Refugee struggles; Roma discrimination; Land rights; Gentrification; Political corruption; Racism; Rights of minorities; and Social and ecological justice with the over 40 projects we joined thorough Eastern Europe for two and a half months on the open road.
