Although I think I’ve said every week that I’m going to plan out all my meals in advance, I’ve only actually done it for the first time yesterday! This was in part because for the first time in my refrigerator’s history, it’s so full of vegetables that I don’t have space for anything else. Definitely got a little too enthusiastic on my last shopping trip, and I still have some bok choy withering away from Week 1.
