Homemade Raw Vegan Ice Cream Bars! Yes, another ice cream recipe!

Homemade Raw Vegan Ice Cream Bars!

Funny that I am posting this today, because I started a juice fast this morning! I feel like I really need it because (believe it or not) I have been eating a lot of heavy vegan food lately…Good thing that ice cream does not go bad, coz these little guys will have to wait for me a while in my freezer Anyway, back to the ice cream! I got these cool molds to make ice cream bars at home and I wanted to make a raw vegan version of the classic ice cream I used to eat as a child. My favorite was the white chocolate covered chocolate ice cream! For the chocolate ice cream I used my basic chocolate avocado pudding as a base. Chocolate Pudding Ice cream Base -4 ripe avocados/ 4 ώριμα αβοκάντο -1 cup raw cacao powder/ 1 κούπα ωμή σκόνη κακάο -1 cup agave nectar/ 1 κούπα σιρόπι αγαύης -1/2 cup water/ 1/2 κούπα νερό Blend everything in a high-speed blender until completely smooth and transfer in ice cream molds.

Easy Homemade Ice Cream without a Machine. July is National Ice Cream month, and I’m so excited to show you how making your own homemade ice cream is easier than you may think! No ice cream maker? No problem. Out of rock salt? Don’t need it! You can make this ice cream in just four easy steps. And let me just get one thing straight. Homemade Ice Cream without the machine couldn’t be easier! Basically, you start with 2 cups of heavy cream and 1 can of Eagle Brand Sweetened Condensed Milk. Whip the heavy cream to stiff peaks… Add your flavors, toppings, and mix-ins to the sweetened condensed milk… Then fold in the whipped cream. That’s it! So what can you add to the cream & milk?? Indian Mango Kulfi Ice cream Recipe. One of the rarest advantages among the many not-so-good ones during summer is the ice cream.

Indian Mango Kulfi Ice cream Recipe

Especially, in the scorching heat of Indian summer, the one relief that I always used to look forward are these frozen treats! Among the many yummy cold desserts this variation of the Indian icecream is called as Kulfi or Qulfi. Its very similar to the traditional icecream having the same taste and creamy texture but is ridiculously simple to make. Its the type I dig. The other advantage is, it takes so long to melt that I had time to take a photo without fear of it melting soon ;). Wikipedia says the following"Unlike Western ice creams, kulfi is not whipped, resulting in a solid, dense frozen dessert similar to traditional custard based ice-cream. Anyways coming to today's post. That first creamy bite of Kulfi was such a pleasure then and remains such a thing of joy till date.
