http://peachesncreamblog.blogspot.com/2012/03/baked-brownie.html The Baked Brownie I’ve had a brownie craving for the past 2 weeks. Coincidently, when we went to a family dinner last Sunday, we had brownies for dessert! I scarfed it down much faster than I care to admit and yearned for more once it was done. I was too embarrassed to ask for a slice to take home, thus starting my search for the perfect brownie. Everyone has different preferences when it comes to brownies.
http://crepesofwrath.net/2008/08/21/smore-cookie-bars/ These were a huge hit! Keith, Andrew, and Kramer all ate at least two of these the other night. I brought some into work, too, and they quickly disappeared. They seriously tasted just like a s’more, and they should, considering that all of the same ingredients are used, just kicked up a notch! The crust is a graham cracker cookie, topped with marshmallow, a layer of chocolate, and a graham cracker crust to top it all off.

S’more Cookie Bars

The famed Baked brownie. Oprah says it’s one of her favorite things. America’s Test Kitchens says its their favorite brownie. I don’t put much stock in Oprah, but America’s Test Kitchens are pretty much like the bible when it comes to all things kitchen.

Lookie at my Cookies: Peanut Butter Cup Brownies | NOSH AND TELL

April 1, 2009 • Ariel and Whitney Eat your heart out Reese’s, there’s a new peanut butter cup in town. I am convinced peanut butter and chocolate were made for each other, like Charlie and Claire on LOST–I’m only on Season 2 right now but someone please tell me they have gotten together. I find that a lot of my baked creations involve these two perfect ingredients because they are two of my favorite foods…they actually might be my MOST favorite foods. Needless to say, the combination of flavors when peanut butter and chocolate meet is heavenly. Salty meets sweet, mmm delicious.
Couple of days ago, I made the best brownies.Yes, you read that right, best. Best by all means, the ones I made before and the ones I have tasted and trust me,I have done this alot.Needless to say, these brownies didnt last long to see the daylight. http://www.howsweeteats.com/2010/08/better-than-crack-brownies/ I’m sorry for doing this to you. I really am. But see, last Friday while I was on a 10-hour road trip heading for vacation, I received this recipe from a reader named Liz. Liz, I love you. That’s all I have to say.

A brownie by any other name… | King Arthur Flour – Baking Banter - StumbleUpon

http://www.kingarthurflour.com/blog/2008/05/18/a-brownie-by-any-other-name/ Love brownies. Love their shiny, flaky top that shatters into micro-thin shards that shower onto your fingers as you eat. Love their dark, gooey center. Their “chocolate nirvana” flavor. Sometimes can’t deal with the bake, wait to cool, cutting into squares messiness and fuss of brownies. Want something I can enjoy within 5 minutes of its exit from the oven.
