Rhizom och Ripasso

Efter lite spridda asynkrona dialoger på nätet om rhizom så tänkte jag göra slag i saken och bjuda in intresserade till mitt vardagsrum och mina funderingar. Rhizom och Ripasso får bli namnet på knytkonferensen och jag kommer inte sätta något ambitiöst program utan vill bara vara mig själv och bjuda in till utvecklande dialog. Jag ställer mitt kreativa tält utanför komfortzonen, och bjuder in likasinnade till mötet. Dessutom är detta en del i mitt utvecklande arbete med Det omöjliga .

Regular readers of this blog (yes I know I have been irregular of late in posting) will know that I have been working on elaborations of the various Cynefin domains. So far I have split disorder into authentic and transitionary and looked at the complex domain from the perspectives of coherence and consensus . In respect of the latter, in presentations and teaching I am moving the earlier model rather the rotated one and also focusing more on coherence .

Skolvärlden har tidigare rapporterat om hur kommunala S-politiker och fackliga företrädare riktat kritik mot det inriktningsdokument som Staffanstorps kommun har tagit fram för skolverksamheten. Man har då vänt sig mot formuleringar som dessa: ”En skola som är framtiden har inte klasser, lektioner, stadier, elever eller lärare. Den har i stället en oerhört komplex miljö där människor pusslar med sig själva, sina avsikter och sina resurser för att komma ut ur dagen rikare än de kom in.”
