Of course, when they say that, they are referring to the proscribed "drugs" that threaten them, not to the prescribed, mind-control "medicines" and mind-numbing drugs (like alcohol). Maybe you need antidepressants because there is something to be upset about. And while the use of the prescribed drugs may be in the interests of those in power, maybe it is dangerous to use drugs that enable you to ignore a lousy situation that is rapidly getting worse.
