Happy Fashion Friday! I have a super fun arts and crafts project for my beautiful little bunnies to try over the holiday weekend! I love buying new clothes, but sometimes I love making them even more! I started college as a fashion design major, so I have always been a little crafty when it comes to recycling old T-shirts.
How romantic. My friend and I went to the arthall in Rotterdam and saw an exhibition called ICON DRESSED designed by Annette Meyer, each garment was made of paper and represented a decade of women clothing from the 1800's till now. I was amazed by a garment which looked exactly like the dress Keira Knightley wore in Pride & Prejudice, I went home got into a romantic state of mind, converted that into creativity and made this.

Free Skirt Patterns Posted on | January 6, 2013 | 17 Comments Five years ago, it was hard to find even one free skirt pattern on the internet. Nowadays, dozens of free skirt patterns abound. For beginners, try a simple elastic waistband skirt or a pillowcase skirt. Advanced seamstresses might enjoys trying their hand at an a-line skirt or an 8-gore skirt.
If you’re happy and you know it, twirl your skirt! Today, we will be making a DIY circular skrit. But with lining. I know I already made a tutorial on sewing a circular skirt but this will come with actual fabrics and sewing. The one I made before consisted of MS Paint jpeg files, it’s embarrassing. All right, here we go.
