Estane MVT80 NT1 and Estane MVT90 NT1 are certified for use in Class I, II, III and IV by independent testing for harmful substances in textiles. Estane MVT80 NT1 (80 shore A) and Estane MVT90 NT1 (90 shore A) are high-moisture vapor transmission resins, for use as monolithic films in textiles. This allows a garment to be waterproof yet breathable. Both resins have moisture vapor transmission values greater than 10,000 g/m²/day when tested under the ASTM International test method, E96 BW.
