So read the mysterious plaques—embedded on the mouth of the Holland Tunnel, on the road next to the Liberty Bell and even all over South America—that are the subject of first-time filmmaker Jon Foy's documentary Resurrect Dead: The Mystery of the Toynbee Tiles . "I used to work at the Ritz theater, right by the Liberty Bell, with this guy Adam who always had crazy stories," Foy says.
