I said, 'You're telling me that someone is embedding these tiles in the road, and if I go over by the Liberty Bell, I'm going to see a tile? ' Soon after, Foy met Adam's roommate, Justin Deurr, who was trying to figure out who created the tiles. Deurr and his friend did eventually figure out the identity of the mysterious tiler, a secret they kept the lid on for years as Foy funded, edited and scored the documentary himself.
