Stephanie, one of my favorite bloggers over at Mama and Baby Love did a post about it months ago, and I’ve wanted to do it ever since, but just haven’t taken the time. YOU will love it! I wish I would’ve done it a lot sooner, because I found that in “not taken the time” I was actually wasting a lot of time! I was pretty happy with my results! And my favorite thing, I can control all of the ingredients to make them as healthy as I want. So here is what I did…1) I made a list of my recipes. We really liked it - the seasoned butter really adds an extra layer of richness to each bite. I also ended up using sourdough bread (they didn't have regular bread at the bakery at our local supermarket this time), and I think I'll stick with it next time! I thought it was a little funny yesterday when Ryan and I were making dinner. Use 4 tablespoons in a recipe in place of 1 packet of onion soup mix.

I was craving cookie dough today. Not really cookies, but just the cookie dough. Of course, I knew that I wasn't supposed to eat dough with raw eggs in it, so I lucked out when I found this recipe for cookie dough for ice cream. It didn't have all the extra ingredients that are important when you're going to cook the dough, stuff like baking soda. And it was eggless, and super simple to make. I made a few adjustments based on the reviews (and doubled it in the process), and am pretty pleased with the results.
