The Comfort of Eggs in a Basket | The Paupered Chef

Eggs in a basket was the first meal I ever cooked. I was in 5th grade, and it was a Sunday morning at my best friend's house after a sleepover. http://www.thepauperedchef.com/2010/06/the-comfort-of-eggs-in-a-basket.html
Well these naughty little treats are well….naughty but oh so necessary. There are a bit like my Brownie Covered Oreo’s from last Christmas but enhanced with layers of peanut butter and a double decker stack of Oreos in each little brownie cake. They are simply prepared in cupcake liners. Hope you enjoy this ultra sweet little cake Ok, I have to brag about this brownie mix from Trader Joes for a second.

http://www.sprinklebakes.com/2010/03/peanut-butter-mousse-in-tuile-cookie.html Recently a friend asked me to bake for an upcoming party she's having, so I've been researching all kinds of bite-sized dessert canapés . One recipe that caught my attention is from BHG ; a rich mousse that is served in the bowl of a teaspoon. The mousse sounds inviting, but I'm not sure I want to commit a good portion of flatware to the project (32 spoons!). The idea of a disposable plastic spoon came to mind, but for a single bite - well, that would be environmentally unsound and just too wasteful. Then, it came to me suddenly.
