Youth Experiences of Neighborhood Change While an extensive body of research documents links between neighborhood characteristics and youth outcomes, including education, health, and delinquency, the effects of neighborhood change on youth are unknown. This study, funded by the Berkeley Population Center and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, was conducted in the San Antonio neighborhood of Oakland during 2008-9.
