Adobe CS6 MBA

Whether you use Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator or Flash, you probably crave improved speed almost as much as new features. With all the major Adobe Creative Suite apps being fairly mature in their lifecycle, new marquee features have taken a back seat to minor tweaks, small feature additions, bug fixes, and speed improvements. I’ve been using Creative Suite Design Premium for a few weeks now, and have collected my thoughts and observations about CS6 regarding speed. It should be noted that, with the exception of the launch-time chart below, these are my opinions based on very unscientific testing. Samsung was reached. Photo: Jon Snyder/Wired SAN JOSE, CALIFORNIA — Samsung owes Apple more than $1 billion in damages for violating Apple hardware and software patents, a California jury ruled on Friday. The jury found that Samsung infringed upon Apple patents having to do with physical design and user interfaces, often willfully, and that several of the South Korean company’s products diluted Apple’s trade dress, especially as it related to various iPhone models.

The jury did not find that Samsung proved by clear and convincing evidence that Apple’s asserted utility and design patents were invalid, as Samsung had claimed, and found that many Samsung products violated those patents. Though Apple was awarded less than the $2.5 billion it originally sought, this was clearly a resounding win for the company. In all counts but the claims about iPad design, the jury ruled overwhelmingly in Apple’s favor. Broadcast Yourself. YouTube starts asking members to use their real names

The world's most popular online video service has begun a push to move away from anonymity and become more uniform with other Google services, notably Google+, by having you use your actual name. While you don't have to switch to your real name, YouTube will ask you for a little explanation when you try to tell it no. First you must click a button saying "I don't want to use my full name. " Then, you have to tell the service your reason for not switching, which could be that your channel is for a brand, organization or you can say "I'm not sure, I'll decide later.
