http://mus-mus.org/index.htm mus-mus is a collaborative photography space that yokes ideas and images together in an experimental and playful way that seems most appropriate for an internet based salon of an increasingly post-consumer world. In keeping with this ethic we prefer a mildly anonymous position and 'authorlessness'. Keeping mouths shut about who we are, we hope you will better know the pictures, projects and ideas.

Blog by blog guide to … art in Europe | Travel | guardian.co.uk

Bilingual blog GoGo Paris is a particularly good all-round source for alternative culture in the French capital, and their art tag showcases forthcoming exhibitions with plenty of thorough, if slightly arid, previews. For a bit of critical flavour, your options are twofold. IVY Paris - last seen quaffing brews with the Guardian in Belleville - contains plenty of good banter, with music and art venues , and galleries and museums written up with a pinch of first-person saltiness. http://www.guardian.co.uk/travel/2008/feb/28/blogbyblogguide.europe.art

What we're missing now, on another level, is not just biology, but cosmology. People treat the digital universe as some sort of metaphor, just a cute word for all these products. The universe of Apple, the universe of Google, the universe of Facebook, that these collectively constitute the digital universe, and we can only see it in human terms and what does this do for us? We're missing a tremendous opportunity.

Whether it's a table by the Seine or overlooking the rooftops, critic Pierre Rival and photographer Christian Sarramon know the best places to eat - and where the decor is as original as the food. In their latest book, Gourmet Bistros and Restaurants of Paris, they list their favourites. Traditional meeting place for butchers and livestock merchants. It remains one of the best meat restaurants in the capital and has kept its typically 1950s decor. Montparnesse landmark dating from 1927, with wall paintings by Léger and his contemporaries. Once the biggest in Paris, with a vibe to match. http://www.guardian.co.uk/travel/2006/apr/30/travelfoodanddrink.foodanddrink
