Homemade Funfetti Cupcakes. It happened. I’m not sure how to feel about it. I mean I knew it was going to happen someday. But I didn’t know it was going to happen so fast. I wasn’t sure if I should cry, scream, crawl under my covers and pretend it’s not true or fist pump. My daughter turned 10. Yeah. I mean she literally was just born, well what feels like… yesterday! Today it’s all about Monster High dolls, chapter books, skinny jeans and converse shoes. One thing still remains; she’s beautiful, smart and caring. For her 10th birthday she wanted cupcakes… the funfetti kind. I mean who doesn’t have all this in their pantry? Crack… …And separate the yolks from the whites. In the egg white bowl add some vanilla and the whole milk.

It’s a warm, gooey peanut butter cookie topped with a soft, fudgy brownie, with a sweet double stuffed Oreo nestled right in the middle.

This peanut butter cookie recipe is insane, it tastes just like peanut butter ice cream. Chocolate Chip Lava Cookies. I am so in love with these darn chocolate lava cookies! What is it about a warm, gooey chocolate chip cookie stuffed with decadent, rich, melted chocolate that makes it so irresistible?? Especially when topped with vanilla ice cream. These are one of Kev’s favorite homemade treats, and he usually asks me to make them at least once a week. They are so simple to whip up, and such a treat! Let’s make some right now :) All you really need for these fabulous cookies is your favorite cookie dough and a bag of chocolate chips. My favorite cookie dough just happens to be Picky Palate’s, and it works perfectly for this recipe, but you could just as easily use a store-bought mix or even refrigerated cookie dough.
