Lean startup emphasizes customer feedback over intuition and flexibility over planning. This methodology enables recovery from failures more often than traditional ways of product development. Ash Maurya propone usar el canvas para despúes pulirlo iterativamente basándose en estos tres pasos: - Problem / Solution Fit: tiene tres requisitos: el modelo de negocio plasmado en el canvas, una landing page en la que se explique el problema y la solución que aportamos y un blog (que también ayuda a ir empezando a trabajar en el SEO).
