In meer dan 100 ha voedselbos zijn al Voedselboswachters werkzaam. Een Voedselboswachter heeft een of meer van de volgende vaardigheden nodig: initiator, organisator, liefhebber van de natuur, netwerker, idealist, maar bovenal iemand die bereid is tot samenwerking want er moet veel via samenwerking met overheden, organisaties en andere deelnemers geregeld worden voordat een voedselbos kan worden gerealiseerd. De eetbare bossen zijn de beste vorm van samenwerking tussen de mens, de natuur en de aarde. De Voedselboswachter is hiervoor de ambassadeur. Het oudste voedselbos van Nederland ligt in Groesbeek en is aangelegd in 2010. Voedselbossen zullen op termijn de landbouw en ons landschap drastisch gaan veranderen. Eetbaar Landschap. Hallo!
