Festival Of "Ice &Snow" In Harbin. In north-eastern China city of “Harbin” there is 26th International Festival of snow and ice. Full city can be found with massive buildings of ice, overhanging the river sung, large ice sculpture of a life-size, ice slides, food and drinks. Night lights are included, and the frozen audience sees as the sculptures are illuminated from both inside and outside. The festival this year opened on January 5 and will last until February.
