The Forum brought together high-level personalities, as the President of the Republic of Angola, Mr. José Eduardo dos Santos, the Director-General of UNESCO, Irina Bokova, the Vice President of the Commission of African Union, HE Mr. Erastus Mwencha, the former President of Mozambique, Mr. Joaquim Chissano, the former Director-General of UNESCO, Mr Federico Mayor Zaragoza, as well as experts and representatives of international and regional organizations, States members, NGOs, private sector and civil society from 43 African countries and other participants comers other countries outside Africa.
