Homemade butter is easy, relatively quick to make and amazingly delicious. If it cost less than buying butter at the grocery store, it would be too good to be true, which is why this is not the case. All things considered, though, I still think it’s well worth it. This stuff is precious, so I think the best use of it is not in baking, but rather, on top of freshly baked, still warm, bread, muffins or crumpets. Are you ready for this?
I literally just told you on Saturday that I wanted to try this recipe from SkinnyTaste. Well, guess what? I tried it yesterday and just couldn’t wait to share it with you. Typically, the recipes I post are ones I’ve made from at least a week ago. But, ladies and gentlemen (yes, I do believe there are men out there that read my blog) I interrupt this program to give you one amazingly scrumptious salsa recipe. My favorite salsa up to this point has been this Pineapple Mango Salsa , which I can turn into a wicked pizza as well.
