Two ingredient Coca-Cola chicken is an quick and easy dinner. Chicken has a tendency to be dry and overcooked. As a result, people often complicate the cooking process by overcompensating with ingredients in order to try and make sure chicken is moist and juicy. Lastly, you'll add the second and final ingredient...Coca-Cola! Cover the slow cooker and let it cook on high for three to four hours until it's nice and tender. Then plate it alongside some rice, vegetables or shred it and put it in a tortilla for a tasty taco! Jambalaya Soup.
