Ciò che inizialmente era una necessità dettata dalla fase di startup, nel tempo è diventato parte del nostro DNA, tanto che oggi la maggior parte dei componenti del team lavora da casa. Benché lavorare da remoto sia estremamente diffuso fra le aziende software come la nostra, molte aziende al di fuori di questo settore lo stanno sperimentando per la prima volta come risposta alla pandemia di COVID-19. L’idea di questo articolo è di condividere la nostra esperienza e le indicazioni pratiche raccolte in tanti anni, sperando possano essere utili alle tante aziende che si stanno avvicinando al remote working solo ora o che lo praticano da sempre. Il post è diviso in due sezioni, la prima rivolta alle aziende e all’aspetto organizzativo, la seconda invece è indirizzata al singolo individuo.
