En los meses siguientes se iría fraguando la idea de Estrujenbank (Juan y Patricia diseñan el logotipo de Estrujenbank), en los bancos de eskay rojo de un bar de la calle 14, Mac Carthy´s, convertido en su cuartel general, al son de la música irlandesa y caribeña. Patriciarealizó muchos apuntes y un cuadro grande sobre el Bar Mc Carthy`s que regaló a Dionisio. A este bar llevábamos a todos nuestros amigos que vivían o pasaban por Nueva York. Por allí pasaron Juan Uslé, Victoria Civera, Carlos Pazos y su mujer Cuchillo, Miquel Barceló y Carmen Romero (la esposa del ex presidente deEspaña,Felipe González), entre otros.
