Cuándo un Tagline, Cuándo un Claim. Tagline, Claim, Selling Line, Letiv Motiv, Brand Idea, Slogan, Motto, Tacle y Mantra, son algunas de las palabras que muchos todavía utilizan de forma indiscriminada para hacer referencia a algunas expresiones verbales de la propuesta de valor de una Marca.
Esto no sólo no ayuda a entendernos entre nosotros, sino que construye mucha confusión en nuestros clientes. No es la primera vez que un cliente pudiera preguntarse por qué la agencia de publicidad le está hablando del Claim de la Marca y la de Branding del Tagline de la Marca, o que quiera utilizar la Idea de Marca como Tagline o Claim. Y hoy queríamos hacer una pequeña introducción al mundo del Tagline y el Claim, sus usos y sus sistemas de convivencia, tanto para vosotros como para vuestros clientes si alguna vez tenéis que explicarles un poco más en detalle estos conceptos complejos.

Almost every day, “baddie” shares images with her followers on Twitter and Instagram. And there are a lot – more than 200,000 on Twitter and more than 30,000 on Instagram. She’s extraordinarily hip as far as great-grandmothers go, because she seems to know what “twerking” is, uses “Gucci” as an adjective and even does a “pop, lock and drop it” dance in a vine video. The icing on the cake – her insistence that she’s about to “steal your man.” Her Twitter account links to an Etsy shop that seems to be run by a woman that Baddie identifies as her great-granddaughter in one of her photos.
