RHHA: RHHA. Toronto Distress Centre. Saint Elizabeth - Crisis Intervention. Saint Elizabeth offers three community crisis intervention programs in the Greater Toronto Area for adults and seniors experiencing a mental health crisis. Community Crisis Response Program (Etobicoke and North York) Serving residents of Etobicoke and North York, the Community Crisis Program, Metro Site, provides support to adults 16 years and older who are experiencing personal mental health challenges, concerns about family and friends, life adjustment and coping issues, issues of self-care, seniors in crisis, and suicide risk.

Services include: Crisis Response provides immediate telephone crisis intervention and support, mobile crisis visits in the home or the community, and referrals to other community services. Crisis Management provides assistance in stabilizing crisis situations, short-term intensive crisis management, and referrals for ongoing support. Hours of Operation 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
