Chapter 15 of the book iText in Action 2E covers: Making content optional Working with marked content Parsing PDF files This chapter describes how to add operators and operands to make part of the content optional. You'll also use marked content to add custom parameters to graphical objects, to make the content accessible for the visually impaired, and to store the structure of the document. You'll open up one of the PDF documents created in chapter 1 and learn about the different objects that make a PDF file. There is a good article about client-side form validation on the Interaction Design Blog. It describes important points to keep in mind when building your own framework for client-side validation. Of course the alternative to building your own framework is to use an existing one . This approach yields some important advantages, amonst them the “given enough eyeballs, all bugs are shallow” principle.
Project based automatic file upload feature Komodo already has upload feature, but it's not very usable, because it takes a lot of clicks to actually upload a file to remote server. You'd have to choose server, and then target path each time. It misses really quick solution, where project's upload settings are preconfigured, and all you need is actually commit file, with no questions asked.

This is a Komodo extension that contains version 1.2.3 of the jQuery JavaScript library. Install this extension if you want to use jQuery syntax in your Komodo Extensions and Macros. Note: This extension merely adds the jQuery library into Komodo's chrome, so it can be used in Komodo Macros and other extensions. It does not in any way add features for using jQuery while developing web applications, for example. Komodo 4.3.1 Already ships with a spiffy API Catalog for jQuery code that should provide excellent autocomplete support for jQuery 1.2.*.
