Robert Senior on the biggest risk is taking no risk at all… spending money on mediocrity and playing it ‘safe’

Robert Senior is CEO of Saatchi & Saatchi, Europe Middle East and Africa and the Saatchi & Saatchi Fallon Group (SSF)*. Senior joined Saatchi & Saatchi in 2007 as UK CEO of SSF and was appointed Chairman of the Worldwide Creative Board in 2010. Senior founded Fallon London in 1998 with four other partners. Together they grew the business from a start-up to a 190 person strong multi award-winning agency, famed for work on Skoda, BBC, Sony and Cadbury and were named Campaign Magazine’s Agency of the Year in 2006 and 2007.

Prior to founding Fallon London, Senior spent five years at DMB&B working predominantly on Procter & Gamble and in 1994 joined Simons Palmer, which later merged with TBWA.
