Build Your Own Power Rack. What You Need to Know Cost: Less Than $100 Time: 2-3 Hours Difficulty: Medium Your equipment arsenal is not complete without a power rack. Actually, there are a few other options out there in the crossfit equipment world…but this one is so cheap, so simple and so awesome. I did a lot of research in buying/making a power rack. I found a lot of good designs for homemade, but I found a lot of them were overdone and too expensive. Same with buying a power rack…way overpriced. So I built my own. STEP 1: Buy the following list Here is a list of everything you will need to buy if you are starting from scratch. -SUBTRACT the gorilla glue. STEP 2: Make sure you bought all DIY Power Rack Materials This option is still WAYYYYY cheaper than commercial alternatives.

STEP 3: Get to work (Build your frames) The rack can be scaled to the space you have available since the design is so simple. 1st- Lay out your two 2×6′s then cut your two 2×4′s. -I cut my top support beam and squat safety bar at 43″. Eeepc & touch panel. Tonight I’ll show you how to add a touch screen for less than 50 € to your precious. This may be an EeePC or another laptop or even an LCD screen, the possibilities are endless. The only challenge is: - the ability to disassemble the entire case out of the computer. And when I say completely, you’ll see that I’m serious here soon! - To have enough room in the case to house the controller. It is a small 52 * 23mm electronic card, a little less than 5mm thick.

In an EeePC 1000H, it goes very well, as you’ll see. Basically, if you are able to disassemble your machine without breaking anything, well let’s go! The kit: I bought mine on eBay, here: Visual Touch World. Once ordered, you should receive a nice black box with this in it: On the left: the controller. Above all, I recommend you not to lose/mix the screws you remove from the case. Now we’re going to begin the disassembly. Beware not to lose the small plastic washer on each screw from the trap: Now we will remove the keyboard. Voila! The Complete Guide to Not Giving a Fuck. Ok, I have a confession to make. I have spent almost my whole life– 31 years–  caring far too much about offending people, worrying if I’m cool enough for them, or asking myself if they are judging me. I can’t take it anymore. It’s stupid, and it’s not good for my well being. It has made me a punching bag–  a flighty, nervous wuss.

But worse than that, it has made me someone who doesn’t take a stand for anything. It has made me someone who stood in the middle, far too often, and not where I cared to stand, for fear of alienating others. Today, ladies and gentlemen, is different. We’re going to talk about the cure. Do you wonder if someone is talking shit about you? Well, it’s time you started not giving a fuck. FACT NUMBER 1. Yes, it’s really happening right at this moment. What people truly respect is when you draw the line and say “you will go no further.” Right. Regular people are fine– you don’t actually hear it when they’re talking behind your back. FACT NUMBER 2. FACT NUMBER 3.

DIY HiFi Orthodynamic Portable Headphones (aka Ribbon Driver Headphones) Sounds of Skyrim | The 20 Best Skyrim Mods (So Far) No, this one doesn’t drop a pair of troubadours named Simon and Garfunkel into a city somewhere doing brooding, two-part harmony. It’s just a way to insert 94 new sound effects that “audibly enlarge Skyrim’s fauna with the addition of various animals, birds and insects that play according to weather, time of day and region.” Think deer, loons, foxes, ravens, wolves, hawks, mountain goats and so forth. What’s more, it adds the sound of rain impacting on structures, bushes that “rustle” when animals scamper at your approach and water that “laps” against logs or partly submerged structures. Previous image Next image While some laptop stands work really well, others are definitely more problematic. This is one of the reasons why making your own is a good idea. You'll save money and end up with something that will work for you. When Oscar from Ottawa, Canada, started a new job, he discovered that he would have to adapt to life with a laptop. After being disappointed with what he could buy in a store, he decided to hack his own using IKEA Lansa handles and Ekby Valter brackets to make a laptop stand out of some IKEA bits. Materials- Two-pack LANSA Handles - 2 EKBY VALTER Brackets Putting this together is pretty simple. Conversely, the mStand from Rain Design is one of our favorite laptop stands. Supercharge Your Homebrew-Hacked Nintendo DS. @jayhudgeons: We've dabbled in the PSP hacking. It gets (for me) a little tricky, though I'll freely admit I haven't really sat down and paid as much attention to it as I should. The whole firmware/model thing makes it tough (we bought one specifically to hack off of ebay, so the kiddo's would be left alone). Do you have any suggestions for good, detailed sites explaining how-tos? @jayhudgeons: While the PSP does have a lot more going for it then the DS, it is easier to get homebrew working on a DS.

You don't have to worry about having the wrong hardware version, running hacking tools, or modifying a battery. @wickedcupofjoe: It can be complicated, but i've learned that people are incredibly helpful on forums. [forums.afterdawn.com] where i almost always found an answer. The easiest one to identify is TA-082 and TA-081 models: [www.pak-gsm.com] [www.dcemu.co.uk] [www.pspoverhaul.com] Once you know the model of your motherboard you will know whether the psp is hackable or not.
