This week I went to Manchester to speak at O2’s first Marketing Matters event, which was attended by key contacts from the brand’s top 50 partners that sell to and manage business customers. The group had asked for input on social, since they highlighted this as the most important aspect of their marketing plans for the next year. This is interesting in itself, but hardly surprising. What was heartening however, was that my session covered social customer service.

Jak již bylo napsáno , česká Pirátská strana vytěžila z aktivit spojených s odporem ke smlouvě ACTA velmi zajímavý mediální potenciál na Facebooku. Snad poprvé jsem dokonce viděl, že by hodnota metriky Talking about byla vyšší, než počet fanoušků dané Stránky. A protože Piráti na náš článek reagovali, a dokonce nám poskytli podrobnější statistiky ze své Stránky, přinášíme vám další článek na toto téma. Zároveň jsme se podívali i na statistiky Pirátských novin, média úzce propojeného s Pirátskou stranou. Pohled na export statistik a rozhovory s některými ze správců Stránek napovídají, že domněnka o zdroji uživatelů mluvících o Stránce byla správná. Uživatelé totiž nezačali nějakým extrémním způsobem více komentovat či lajkovat příspěvky Stránky.
