Having fallen in love with so much of the City of Light, this is a tough one to answer. But I will have to say that some of my most memorable destinations have been the most unusual—those that haven’t made the guide books. Some of these have given me new insights into familiar places, but many have taken me into unfamiliar territory—whether a museum, a cemetery, a park, or an entire quarter.

Mă uit pe net în căutare de vacanță. Vreau ceva în țară, că-i criză, departe de oraș, într-un sat uitat de lume și iubit de Dumnezeu. Să dau ocol cumva aglomerației, nervilor și oboselii. Dacă nu cunoașteți limba, nu-i bai, căci există și o variantă în engleză: Și dorința-i gata! Poveste din Valea Verde unde nimeni nu se pierde E important să vă luați după hartă. Drumul spre Cund Cum intrăm în sat, avem senzația că liniștea ne macerează auzul. Cund Facem cale-ntoarsă și oprim în ceea ce pare a fi centrul. Biserica Sfântul Nicolae din Cund E o biserică evanghelică, fortificată, veche de șase secole. Mă întreb de ce nu se reface, că-i păcat de vechimea ei. Vezi case locuite, cu obloanele larg deschise, cu vie în poartă și flori în ghivece, case vechi, cu acoperișuri șindrilite, văruite în culori pastelate, aliniate la stradă, dar și case nelocuite….
