Die erste Präsentation der Sammlung von 2008 bis 2012 hatte 120.000 Besucher in 7.500 Führungen. Die zweite Ausstellung von Werken aus der Sammlung Boros präsentiert Arbeiten der frühen 90er Jahre in Verbindung mit aktuellen Neuerwerbungen. Alle Medien, wie Skulptur, Installation, Malerei, Zeichnung, Video oder Fotografie sind vertreten. Viele der Installationen arbeiten mit dem Thema Sound, so dass der Besucher auf jeder der fünf Bunkeretagen mit unterschiedlichen und sich überlagernden Geräuschen konfrontiert wird. The nationally and internationally unique project has realised at least 80 audio-visual art exhibits - art that rejects one-dimensional classifications and reflects the individual artistic positions between the poles of music, visual arts and medial arts. The gallery's programmatic spectrum stretches from sound objects and kinetic sculptures to pure sounding spaces, from audio-visual productions to physically tempered and artistically designed rooms. Since June 2007, both historic water reservoirs in Prenzlauer Berg have provided both a source of inspiration and a new home ground for the singuhr sound gallery. The singuhr sound gallery's integrative concept forges links between renowned sound artists and the next artistic generation, between the urban arena and artistic events, between installative and performative forms.
Netherlands first country in Europe with net neutrality On 8 May 2012 The Netherlands adopted crucial legislation to safeguard an open and secure internet in The Netherlands. It is the first country in Europe to implement net neutrality in the law. In addition, it adopted provisions protecting users against disconnection and wiretapping by providers. Digital rights movement Bits of Freedom calls upon other countries to follow the Dutch example. The net neutrality law prohibits internet providers from interfering with the traffic of their users. The law allows for traffic management in case of congestion and for network security, as long as these measures serve the interests of the internet user. In addition, the law includes an anti-wiretapping provision, restricting internetproviders from using invasive wiretapping technologies, such as deep packet inspection (DPI). Moreover, the law includes a provision ensuring that internet providers can only disconnect their users in a very limited set of circumstances.
