The foundation of our approach is robust monologue work. It gives you independence from a scene partner’s habits and teaches you to build a character you can own in a close-up. Once you connect clearly, the character responds truthfully regardless of circumstances—vital for auditions without a reader in the room, for self-tapes, and for moments on set when you are paired quickly with someone new.
