Better Late Than Never Watch. We all have a friend or loved one who is perpetually late. Maybe you even go as far as making special invitations just for them, stating that the start time for an event is two hours earlier than it really is. Even still, they’ll find a way to be late. Hopefully Latey McLaterson has a sense of humor about it, which is where this watch comes in. Since they don’t seem to give a crap what time it is or where they have to be, it’s their perfect accessory. MAIN : Marion Bolognesi. I Have a (Puzzling) Dream. Phil Hansen: The art of the imperfect. Instead, we would built forts, tents or just crawl under the bed to play. It's weird right now but back then we really loved having those hideouts where nobody could find us. We could stay there for as long as we wanted. Telling horror stories and feeling like these were the safest places to be. But what happens if you're an adult and still dream of a treehouse? So…as you can see this pregger mama has been quite busy with all sorts of DIY projects that will complete the room being shared by kiddo #1 and kiddo #2. I was inspired by the adorable Swing Shelf from Pottery Barn Kids (no longer available…bummer dude!). So, what’s a girl to do? I had to make it!! Here is the Pottery Barn Kids version ($69.00): Here is the Rebecca version ($12.00): Pretty cool, eh? TetraBox Light by Ed Chew. Liquid to Light Designer Ed Chew takes a green step in the right direction with the TetraBox lamp, a light object made from discarded drink packets that would have otherwise ended up in landfills already packed to the brim. The design is achieved by unfolding the packets and refolding them into hexagonal and pentagonal sections that are then pieced together to form a geodesic sphere or any other desired shape. Here, the Epcot-like ball makes an attractive overhead light and casts an impressive web of shadows and shapes on the surrounding space. Designer: Ed Chew. Creative Window Seat Ideas. Holycool.net | Cool Stuff to Buy Online. Photo Lampshade. PINTEREST UPDATE: This is a post from 2010. I do not take custom orders, only the tutorial is available. The lamps have held up wonderfully. As many of you requested, Marie is sharing a little tutorial here on how she made her lampshades. When she made them she was not planning on doing a tutorial for this blog, so be sure to thank her for taking the time to write all this out. Marie is happy to do custom orders for those that prefer buying over making! * LAMPSHADE – Hobby Lobby carries self-adhesive shades & nightlights, Target has some smaller lamps for $19 that would be perfect for this project, I’ve found some lamps & shades on Craigslist. . * GLUE – I used a hot glue gun for the first lamp. . * VELLUM – I buy this in packs of 20 (I think) in the scrapbooking section of Hobby Lobby.

. * CRAFT KNIFE OR SCISSORS, PENCIL & RULER – to trim the vellum, I used a ruler and pencil to mark the cut lines & then used a craft knife and self-healing mat to cut the vellum. That’s it!
