Our criticism based on documented facts – and Feynman’s own words – irritated the Feynman Fanboys™ so much that they turned out in droves to tell us Exactly How Wrong We Were to talk about The Great Man That Way. Un innovador y entretenido evento, en donde un grupo de entusiastas competidores presentarán sus temas de interés científico de la forma más entretenida posible. Ellos tendrán 10 minutos para ganarse los aplausos y corazones del público quienes decidirán al triunfador del evento. Los Science Slams se han difundido rápidamente pasando desde su cuna en Alemania a Austria, Dinamarca, Finlandia, Sudáfrica y ahora a Chile como puerta a Latinoamerica.
Actualmente, en algunos países, este evento es considerado como una de las alternativas más prometedoras en los programas de difusión de contenidos científicos, debido a que en el evento se usa un lenguaje que es comprendido por un público interesado pero no especializado. En el evento los competidores tendrán 10 minutos para ganarse los aplausos y los corazones del público, pues estos serán quienes determinen al ganador del Science Slam. Los cupos para esta ocasión serán limitados y la adhesión es de 2000 pesos incluyendo un cover.
