I got an Achilles’ Heel — literally! I have a birthmark on my ankle. Quite odd that it’s like a thick strip of bruise perfectly shaped near my ankle. Often times when I wear a mini or a pair of shorts, people almost panic and ask with concern what happened to my “foot”!! So nonchalantly I have grown accustomed to saying that’s my good luck charm!<3 http://happycache.tumblr.com/

PARADIGMA

http://itspatriciaprieto.blogspot.com/search?updated-max=2011-01-29T01:59:00-08:00&max-results=15 Today my mom and I decided to have some brunch before I left for school and she had a date with the SPA. Oh jealousy.. HAHA! Anyway, we opted for brunch at Coffee Bean (my favorite), I had a tomato and herb linguni with a Chai Tea Latte while she had a salad and a regular brewed coffee. After brunch, my mom and I chatted while waiting for time to pass, good times! Right after that scrumptious brunch I had to dash off to school for my Fashion Marketing class.
I don't know if you noticed, but I did, that lately, almost every week H&M announces a new collaboration (Sweedish Hasbeens & Elin Kling), a new line ( plus size line available via internet), the possibility to shop online in US and so on. This week, actually today because until friday we don't know if they will come up with anything else , H&M announced their new Conscious Collection that will be available for sale starting April 14 in all their stores. Yes my darling ro readers, we will have the possibility to get them too.

A Time to Share & Runway Hippie

I’ve never been one to make New Year’s resolutions; truth be told I often either forget about them or break them within a week. That being said, I have always enjoyed the process of looking back on the previous year and making a note of all that I am grateful for as well as everything that’s made me happy and inspired me to continue doing the things that I love. So, in the first edition of my own personal “Best of 2010″ I thought I’d share the 10 blogs that have inspired me on a day-to-day basis to continue working, writing, and creating the things that bring me the most joy and happiness in my life. From incredible fashionistas and travel blogs to outstanding D.I.Y. ideas, here are my ten favorite blogs of 2010. 1.
We all like to look nice. We do. Our concept of what constitutes “nice” might differ, but at the end of the day when you feel like you look your best you feel good about yourself. I witter on a lot about dressing up and how no one makes an effort anymore, but the truth is it’s all too easy NOT to make an effort. No one really minds if you just fling on a jumper over jeans and trainers when you’re just popping to the Post Office, Supermarket, doing the School run, or even going to the Pub.

Lace & Tea ? another magazine s/s 2008?

http://laceandtea.com/2010/02/another-magazine-ss-2008/ The whimsical setting of this editorial is gorgeous. They paired the background with the clothing so well (and using one of my favorite dresses – the Alexander McQueen butterfly print gown , later on in the editorial). Photographed at the enchanting Sacro Bosco/Villa Orsini garden. The photographs look like they were inspired some-what by Alice & Wonderland, which is never a bad thing. scanned by Ed via thefashionspot
