Doctopus - New Visions CloudLab

Doctopus allows you to easily set and control access levels for individuals and for the whole class on assignments. Create student assignments templates in Google Drive, and then distribute them based on individual student level and need. Doctopus allows the teacher to set student access permissions to assignments on a whole class level(student to student) as well as an individual level. Create assignments that grant view-only or comment-only privileges to the rest of the class for peer review protocols. Celebrate student work by enabling view-only access to all student assignments where students can view without editing their classmates work. When assigning a due date, use Doctopus to set it and forget it! Teachers can now use Doctopus with Google Classroom distributed assignments.

Som lärare gäller det att vara effektiv med den tid man har och det är inte alltid lätt att ta hänsyn till att föräldrar inte kan/vill komma när man själv har tid, för att kunna i så stor mån som möjligt hålla sig i sin arbetstidsram. Jag har upplevt att det ofta blir ombokningar, avbokningar och uteblivna möten när föräldrar inte är delaktiga i tidsbokningen. Inte så många, men tidstjuv nog om man tänker efter. Har nu senaste åren testat olika sätt att få föräldrar att vara delaktiga i mötesbokning, utan att det ska innebära mer arbetstid för mig; Har givit bestämda tider med hänvisning till att de ska byta med varandra, ett gruppmail med tider där de får vara först till kvarn i mailtråd, papper hem med möjlighet att kryssa i de tider de kan (men då fick jag ägna tid till att sammanställa) osv... Men för ca 1,5 år sen testade jag tjänsten doodle.com.
