Lottie Loves... BERLIJNBLOG.nl: Berliner Mauerweg 4; Staaken - Bösebrücke Mijn doel was om de hele Berliner Mauerweg te fietsen in 2014. Dat lukte! Voor 9 november 2014, precies 25 jaar na de val van de Berlijnse Muur, tikte ik de 160 kilometer aan. Exclusief verkeerd gereden kilometers. Vier etappes reed om om de gehele fietsroute rondom het voormalig ingebouwde West-Berlijn te fietsen. Vandaag doe ik verslag van de vierde en tevens laatste rit rit. De Berliner Mauerweg Tussen 2002 en 2006 heeft de stad Berlijn een fietspad aangelegd dat zo dicht mogelijk langs het verloop van de Berlijnse Muur ligt. Toch kom je tijdens de route – als je goed oplet – ontelbaar veel muurresten, DDR-wachttorens, monumenten, gedenkstenen en informatieborden tegen. De Berliner Mauerweg staat aangegeven met bordjes maar het is raadzaam om een goede fietskaart te gebruiken omdat de bordjes wel eens ontbreken (of zag ik ze gewoon over het hoofd?). My lucky part was to be able to watch her work her magic up close and personal, enjoy heartfelt and fun conversation along the way, and play with my camera. It was such a treat to spend time in her company. It´s always so inspiring to have conversations between women, to hear their life wisdom, how they make their relationship work after many years of marriage, to listen to their life stories and to learn from their creative journey, how they began their career to where they are now. DE GROENE MEISJES: Nieuw ontdekte hotspots in Berlijn Het is je vast niet ontgaan dat wij vorige week weer een paar dagen in Berlijn waren. Hoewel het zeker al de tiende keer was dat we de stad bezochten, kwamen we toch weer thuis met nieuwe hotspots. Weken voordat we vertrekken beginnen we Instagram en blogs af te speuren naar de beste adressen. Waar moeten we écht naartoe? Natuurlijk komen we ook vaak adressen tegen waar we al eens (of meerdere keren) zijn geweest, maar dat betekent over het algemeen alleen maar dat het populaire adressen zijn.
